I searched for a while to find a coffee that was darker but not bitter. This was perfect, strong but smooth. I actually rarely purchase a coffee at a coffee shop anymore as I know it will not taste as good!

Have not tasted coffee that I preferred to Signature Gold. I was going through another organic coffee that I was gifted and had just drank the last of it. I immediately brewed a Signature Gold and taste wise it was in a different league.
My daughter and her husband have another organic coffee on a monthly subscription, it is significantly more expensive than Signature Gold and marketed to the hilt , they were very surprised when they tasted Signature Gold coffee.!

The coffee notes were exactly as described ..and lovely. Not as strong as we thought it would be but super nonetheless. Delivered on time and great value for money compared to other roasters.

Really beautiful coffee. By far my favourite of any I’ve tried. I keep coming back to this as it is so smooth, with no bitterness at all. Goes really well as a milk based drink, an espresso or as an americano. Can’t fault it… love the packaging and the story behind the brewery too. Please keep this as a permanent offering!
I used to live in Newbury and relocated to South Wales. I love the West Berks Roastery. The coffee tastes amazing and I used to buy Costa off every time I was out! Now I've got 100% better coffee at home! The price is really good too! Such good value for money. I buy the 1kg bags and they last me around a month! I've tried many local ( to south Wales) coffee Roastery and always end up back ordering at West Berks Roastery

I love Black Gold but decided to try the Chocolate Brownie Blend for a change and was happy that it really hits the spot. I like a dark brew with some kick and this delivers. I grind my beans fairly coarse and brew in a cafetière. Lovely results and efficient delivery as always.
