Each harvest our Roastery Collection is fully tested for artificial pesticides, mould and mycotoxins ensuring it’s the cleanest coffee on the market.

Although not certified organic this step goes above and beyond the organic certification as many small farms we work with are unable to afford organic certification.

Common sources of mycotoxins in coffee include improper drying and storage practices, which can create the moist environments mould thrives in. However, with proper attention to quality, these risks can be managed effectively.

2. Lab Testing: Every batch of our coffee undergoes stringent lab tests for mould and mycotoxins. We adhere to or exceed internationally recognized limits to ensure our coffee is not only compliant but exceptionally safe.

3. Careful Storage: Once the beans arrive at our roastery, we store them in ideal conditions—cool, dry environments designed to protect the beans from exposure to humidity or contaminants.

4. Frequent Monitoring: Because conditions can change, we test not just raw beans but roasted and coffee as well, ensuring consistency at every stage.
